Went to PT today and I got a few new exercicios to add to my nightly routine. It's all about the abs now. Gotta support that spine! My abs are crap.

Yesterday was red shirt day. So many people, including myself, were wearing a red shirt and black pants. Weird. Cosmic, even. I've got to get myself some new clothes. I've had the shirt I'm wearing today since, oh, probably ninth or tenth grade. I loathe clothes shopping, so I just wear my stuff into the ground. Maybe I'll be inspired to go to the mall (shudder) this weekend. I've got a coupon for the new JJill store...hmm...

I'm hungry.
