I just saw the Flush Flash Man! I was right behind him on the stairway...he was in his full regalia and he was even carrying his scooter! Squeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!
If I see him again, I'm going to ask if I can take his picture. I thought of it too late this time. Rats!
I love that guy!
But I bet he's cold in his lycra suit sans coat. Maybe his super shorts keep him warm.
