It is SO gorgeous outside today. Sunny, warm and breezy, not humid...perfect. I'm ready to go home and laze about in the hammock while the cat yowls at me from the open window. "Let me ooooouuuuuuuutttt!" he seems to say. "No. Because if I let you out, you'll eat grass and if you eat grass, you'll barf it up on the bed at 4am. Quit your yowling."
Zadie's 8th BB audition was this morning. She sounded awesome on Saturday when we all listened to her run-through. I hope she kicked some serious flute butt! Ka-pow!
Last week I was home sick for four days with some weird stomach thing which was combined with an inner ear thing that gave me vertigo and stuff. I'm doing better now, but it seemed like I'd never be the same again this time last week. Every once in a while I get a little sensation of dizziness, but overall I'm fine.
Brian, Neil and I finished the fourth season of Six Feet Under on Friday night...and now we're waiting for the fifth season to be returned to the library. The question is...how to nab it before anyone else?! Constant vigilance, I suppose. Hooray for online library catalogs!
