So it's been a few weeks. I can't tell if I've been busy or if I've just not really had anything to say...or if I haven't felt like typing out a big update. Probably the first and last options.
I didn't mention Thanksgiving! We had a great time in St. Louis with Amy J, Tom and Amy J's family. Spamalot was SO much fun and just seeing the Fox Theater was worth the trip. That place is something else! There are big lion statues in the lobby...with light-up eyes! And the eyes don't light up in unison. They sort of wink and blink at random. Spooooooky!
The T&S premiere of Jabberwocky was this past weekend. It went really well and seemed to be well received. Neil had another gig that same evening so his schedule went: premiere in the afternoon, rehearsal for gig after premiere, T&S holiday party after rehearsal, gig mid-way through party, return to party after gig. Phew! Then there was another performance of the gig Sunday morning, after which we went grocery shopping and Neil thought it was 3pm even though it was only 11am. After Schnuckin', we had lunch at the Indian buffet with Rob, Tiffany, Aine & Zadie and then R, T, Neil and I went to see the Tenacious D movie. Which is quite amusing, indeed. It was kind of a long (but fun) weekend!
Other than that, things are following the usual routine. I think my Christmas shopping is mostly done (mostly) and now we're trying to figure out travel plans (always a challenge).
