My new sewing machine is out of the box! It is so complicated -- it took me about 15 minutes to learn how to thread it. It's actually easier to thread than my Featherweight but it's so different it'll take some getting used to. It's also really heavy!
Now I need some projects!

Today is Neil's birthday. Hopefully the weather won't be tooooooo bad by the time they have to drive. They're expecting snow up north.

Woohoo, stalking is so much easier when I have your blog address :) I'm still keeping my eyes and ears open for an opportunity to go to Carbondale for work (in which case, I may well fly in and out of Evansville, rent a car to drive back and forth to Carbondale, and squeeze a dinner at Jimmy's somewhere into the mix).
