Bouffant?

This crudely wonderful spam subject line greeted me this morning:

bouffant fuckstick for Barry

.....bouffant? As in "puffed out" or "full" like the hairstyle? I can see the word being used in the latter sense here, but unfortunately now I'm imagining a penis with a large head of blonde hair...and I really can't see why Barry would want such a thing.
