I had no idea!
In 2005 the BBC put out a dramatization of the 1913 premiere of Stravinsky's Rite of Spring called The Riot at the Rite and it's up on youtube. Despite the crappy quality, it's worth watching all four parts (they're easy to find once you start with part 1a). The Joffrey Ballet's full recreation is also on youtube (in several parts which are also easy to find). This makes me very happy.

WNYC's Radiolab (awesome show, by the way, & a new season starts Feb 22, '08!) talks about the physiological causes behind the riot at Stravinsky's premiere of "Rite of Spring".
