Furnace Guy

I went home this afternoon to meet the furnace guy who was coming to replace that leaky valve on our furnace. He came in an unmarked white van (creepy?) and he was wearing a tight, dingy white t-shirt...I didn't really notice his pants. He had a tool belt and some other random tools in his hand. The guy went to his van four or five times for more stuff...he was prepared with a bright clip-on light and everything, which I wasn't really expecting because he and the van seemed so unprofessional. He had to take half the furnace apart to get the valve off and put the new one on. Nice guy despite the creepy factor.

Got the thing all fired up and he took out the gas detector, which detected no gas. So, the leak is supposedly gone.

Anyhow, it's good that it was fixed because it's getting chilly at night!
