I was killing a book (a.k.a. withdrawing) and in the back there was an ad for something with a picture of a mustachioed, cowboy, brass band. I thought it was funny that there were only three men in the picture without big moustaches, so I showed it to my boss (who has a thing for men with facial hair). He told me to look up the Barbary Coast Cloggers. So I did...and they're a bunch of male, cowboy-esque, cloggers...many of whom have facial hair. Fabulous!
Then I looked at the photos of the individual dancers...and I thought I recognized a guy from school. I said to myself, "I bet his name is..." and it WAS. So then I went to ObieWeb and looked up the guy's name, and sure enough. It's the same guy...except we called him by a nickname.
How cool is that? A random Obie sighting for the day.
