Christmas is over and it feels like a dream. Neil's family left on the 28th and my parents and Neil left for Columbus on the 29th, leaving me completely alone in a house that had been occupied by 8 people, 3 dogs, 2 cats and 3 puppies for a week or so. As soon as everyone left it felt like nobody had been here at all. We had moved all the presents out of the way (i.e. not under the tree) so it seemed like there had never even been any Christmas at all. So I moved the presents back under the tree and that helped. But I've been in a daze for a few days. It doesn't help that I got a sore throat on Christmas day and had to go to the doctor on the 29th. Hooray for antibiotics (even though I think they're pretty evil most of the time) because I'm feeling much better. I won't go on a rant about my doctor...not right now.
Anyhow, despite my trepidation and stressing out about having so many people, dogs and puppies in the house, we had a ton of fun. The puppies made up for their Elimation Fest 2005 by being extremely cute. I could complain about family annoyingness, but I won't. It really was a lot of fun.
Did I mention that the puppies were cute?

Three pups a-wrestlin'

Spencer took this one home. His name for the time being is Mr. Pants.

Dad and "Dave"...this one went home with my parents.

Mr. Blue - so cute, but kinda growly and anti-social.

Penny and Dave have a staring contest.
