So, in the continuing saga of my problematic hands/arms, I get to try a new medicine. It is a muscle relaxer. I take it before bed and the theory is that it will help my muscles and tissues rest better while I sleep (because it is possible that although I sleep like a rock, my muscles never really relax and get to rest).
So far the only thing these pills seem to do for me is inspire really really weird, vivid dreams. It's kinda fun. They also make me a little out of it, so that's interesting....
Yesterday was a weird day. My hands/arms have been much worse ever since getting back from NY. Seems that returning to work immediately after a period of rest is a bad thing. I was even careful not to over-do it. I was feeling pretty good over vacation but this setback has put me into a bit of an emotional tailspin. Today I'm feeling more positive, but still kind of pissed off at the world. Grrr.
