On another note, I went to the mall in the last couple weeks and bought myself (for the first time in, oh, two years) a bunch of new clothes...all of which I'm afraid to wear. Evidently I now wear a small shirt and size 8 pants (sometimes 10). Last time I bought clothes it was a large shirt and size 14 pants. I'm terrified that everything will actually be way too small for me after I wash it. I've never been an 8 or a small. Are sizes getting bigger? Everything is going to shrink, I just know it. I hope I didn't just waste a lot of money.

I also found a pair of shoes that was almost nearly perfect...but I chickened out and didn't buy them because they were a hair too small for my right foot. I should have ordered the next size up...maybe in a week when I'm not feeling quite so poor from my shopping extravanza...and when my parents are in town. Hmmm.

Speaking of my parents, they just bought a new car: a Toyota Camry HYBRID! I'm so proud of them! Dad likes it so much that he's willing to drive it anywhere; Mom is thrilled that they're getting out of the house! He calls just to tell me that he's getting about 38mpg and has about 500 miles left to the tank of gas. Woo hoo! I want one.

Neil has been so busy with T&S I feel like I haven't really seen him for a while. We did manage to go out to dinner Friday night just so we could enjoy an evening together. They're trying to get the new show into some sort of shape for the sneak preview on September 10. Costumes have been purchased, so that's one step in the right direction, for sure.
