They're here

My parents arrived last night. They came bearing a 42-inch (I think) Sony projection tv. For us. Neil can't stop laughing when he sees it. I just shake my head. My dad simply can't resist. Totally overboard...but pretty awesome. Dad claimed that he couldn't bear the thought of coming here and watching our old 27-inch tv (which used to be his 27-inch tv). He's now got a 30 billion-inch tv at home...after that, I guess you simply can't go back.
